By downloading, installing, or using the Gurkha Fit application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Gurkha Fit is a fitness tracking application designed for military athletes and fitness enthusiasts. The App provides features including:

  • Activity tracking (runs, ruck marches, doko carries, strength training, WODs)
  • AI-powered fitness coaching
  • Progress analytics and statistics
  • Team management and challenges

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Impersonate other users or entities
  • Use the App to harass or harm others

5. Health Disclaimer

Important: Gurkha Fit is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

  • Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program
  • The AI coaching provides general guidance, not medical advice
  • Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
  • You are solely responsible for your own health and safety

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Gurkha Fit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

8. Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to App Store/Google Play policies

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gurkha Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
