From the Home screen, tap 'Record' in the bottom navigation, then select 'Doko Carry' from the activity list. You can set your target weight and duration before starting. The app will track your time and provide audio cues throughout your session.

Access Captain Harrison from the 'Coach' tab in the bottom navigation. You can ask questions about training, get personalized workout plans for Gurkha Selection preparation, and receive guidance on progressive overload across key selection areas like endurance running, upper body strength, and core stability.

Gurkha Fit supports multiple workout types: AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible), HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), TABATA (20s work/10s rest intervals), EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute), STRENGTH (tracked sets with rest timers), and FREE (simple stopwatch or countdown).

Go to the 'You' tab in the bottom navigation, then tap on 'Settings'. Under 'Language', you can toggle between English and Nepali (नेपाली). The entire app interface will update to your selected language.

Navigate to the 'You' tab and select 'Teams'. You can create a new team or join an existing one using a team code. Teams allow you to train together, share progress, and compete on leaderboards with fellow recruits.

From the 'You' tab, go to 'Settings' > 'Data & Privacy' > 'Export Data'. You'll receive a complete export of your workout history, progress statistics, and personal records.

The 2.4km run is a key fitness test for Gurkha Selection. Track your runs in the app to monitor your times and see your progress toward selection-ready performance levels. Captain Harrison can provide specific guidance on improving your time.

Go to /delete-account. You must be signed in, then type your email and confirm that you understand this is permanent. This action cannot be undone.
